Google, tech guru, has a workplace experience that landed them on Fortune 500’s list of best companied to work for. They are clearly on par with having a great work environment for their employees. Their methodology is based on an environment of freedom. While this is amazing and proven to be beneficial to not only employees but for the productivity and success of Google, it may be hard to articulate clearly to a new employee. The environment that they have set is not the most common work environment. For a newcomer, I believe they will either get it or they don’t. While I think innovation can ne encouraged I do not think it can be taught.
